The Golden Guarantee Offer

Terms & Conditions for the Golden Guarantee:

100-Day Trial Period: The Golden Guarantee is exclusively applicable to orders of AWA Non-Air Mattresses. It is valid for 100 days from the date of delivery. The first 30 days serve as the mandatory trial period for the customer. Following this period, the customer may request a return if they wish to do so. This return request can be submitted only once per order. The product description page will explicitly indicate whether the product is covered by the Golden Guarantee.

Effective Date: The Golden Guarantee offer applies solely to purchase orders for AWA Non-Air Mattresses placed from October 1, 2024, until the official end of the offer. This guarantee does not apply retrospectively to orders placed before this date.

Charitable Donation Requirement: Upon receiving the refunded amount under the Golden Guarantee, the customer is required to donate the returned product to those in need through an officially licensed charitable organization.

Exclusion of Misuse: The Golden Guarantee does not apply if the product has sustained damage due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Right to Modify Terms: The store reserves the right to suspend the Golden Guarantee or modify its terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published directly in the dedicated section of the website.

Refund Scope: The Golden Guarantee covers the value of the product only. The store reserves the right to deduct any additional fees (such as shipping or transaction fees), if applicable, from the total order value.

Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the customer's account within a maximum of 15 official business days from the date of return approval.
