Payment & Privacy Policy

Card Authorization: All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorize the payment, Reefi bears no responsibility for any resulting delays or non-delivery. In such cases, the system will automatically cancel the order, and we may contact you to select an alternative payment method.

Data Matching: The details on the credit card used for payment must exactly match the information of the cardholder. By purchasing, you confirm that the card being used belongs to you, or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

Data Security: To protect your financial privacy, no credit card details or sensitive financial data are stored on our servers.


Account Cancellation & Data Modification

Upon your request, Reefi will promptly fulfill the following actions:

Correct, update, or modify your personal information.

Stop sending promotional or informational communications to your email address.

Cancel your account to halt any future purchases through it.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the day of your order.

Tax Rate Adjustment: Any legal changes to the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the pricing of the products sold by Reefi through its website.

Discount Coupons & Promo Codes

Validity Period: Discount coupons are valid for a specified duration. Once a coupon expires, it cannot be used, renewed, or reactivated.

Minimum Order Value: Each coupon may have a minimum purchase threshold required to be activated on the order.

Exclusions: Discount coupons cannot be applied to promotional bundles or marketing packages.


Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

Hygiene & Safety: At Reefi, our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction. However, for health and safety reasons, products that have been opened or unsealed are strictly ineligible for return or exchange.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical glitch or error on the website affecting pricing or stock, Reefi reserves the right to cancel the impacted order, issue a full refund of the amount paid, and return it directly to the customer's account.


Manufacturing Defects & Warranties

Product Guarantee: Reefi guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects or damages. If a manufacturing defect is present, the customer has the right to return the product, provided the claim is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

LaBelle Devices Warranty: All LaBelle devices are subject to the approved regulatory warranty policy within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

The warranty exclusively covers the internal components/mechanism and does not extend to the external body or casing of the device.

The warranty period is calculated strictly from the date the product was ordered in the primary purchase invoice.


Refunds & Unclaimed Shipments

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days (excluding official holidays and weekends). Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the customer's verified bank account and will not be paid in cash.

Unclaimed Shipments: The customer shall bear the full delivery and return shipping fees for orders that were shipped out but not accepted or received by the customer.

Shipped Cancellations: If a customer cancels an order after it has already been dispatched/shipped, the customer will bear the full shipping fees incurred.


Promotional Bundles (Product + Discounted Product)

In the event that a customer wishes to return products purchased as part of a promotional bundle/marketing package, the customer has the right to either:

Return the entire bundle as a whole, or

Return the discounted product only (the primary product cannot be returned individually while keeping the discount on the secondary item).


Offers & "Buy One, Get One Free" (BOGO)

Eligibility: Customers are entitled to benefit from the "Buy One, Get One Free" offers based on the specific products selected within the designated promotional category.

Set Discounts: Customers may benefit from available set discounts and bundle offers.

Free Items: Free promotional items are strictly non-refundable for cash and cannot be returned for a monetary refund.

Exchanging Free Items: The customer has the right to exchange the second (free) product, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our standard Exchange Policy.

Coupons on Offers: Customers may apply a promo code specifically designated for "Free Shipping" on these offers; however, no additional monetary discount codes can be combined with "Buy One, Get One Free" products.


Final Acknowledgment

The final confirmation and placement of an order constitute an absolute and binding acknowledgment of agreement to all the stated Terms and Conditions. Reefi bears no responsibility or liability if a customer fails to read or review these terms prior to purchasing.
